I'm not sure how I managed it (not that I'm complaining - I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth) but I went down this week! Not a lot, but considering I was really expecting an increase, this on was a real shocker.
I haven't done any workouts in almost two weeks and lost 3 pounds. I'm convinced I'm building muscle and that's why I couldn't see a difference on the scale but could feel it in my clothes. Now I'm not motivated to get back on. I know I need to. I'm just not feeling it:(
