OK, so it looks like my step to eat only when my body tells me I am hungry seems to be working fairly well. I think I will definitely be ready to move onto my next step…to eliminate MORE “unclean” foods and add more whole foods to my
diet…diet as in way I am eating…not diet as in the term now used diet to lose
weight…though that is my goal, I am turning my focus more on eating and being
healthy.


I think I should let you in on a secret. The reason behind my sudden change of focus really. I have been going through a program..a program that we earned if we submitted a video to be one of the next Mamavation moms(though we did
not know this as Leah surprised us after the submissions!

What program you may be thinking..it is HERE It is Pete Cohen’s Weight Loss Program. This man is amazing and hilarious and even though he is a weight loss guru…he is also a life coach and brings it all together in steps…Essentially 9 tools to change your
lifestyle to achieve permanent weight loss. He is not focusing on any particular
way of eating, rather on how to change how we view and look at food. Obtain a
healthy view of food and I see a difference already…the proof is in the
bodybugg…look at what and how much I am eating and I do not feel like I am
obsessing about food. It is a really great feeling.
