Unlike the other diets I am reviewing, The Mayo Clinic Diet doesn't
include any new revelations or ways of thinking. However it is a very
sensible, healthy lifestyle diet. The book itself has wonderful color
photos and illustrations. The book is very organized, almost like an
easy textbook, and is very easy to follow. You can also buy
The Mayo Clinic Diet Journal to keep records of food and exercise.
The book starts off with the new habits that you need to add to your
life and the habits that you need to break. This is called the Lose It!
part of the diet, and this alone should help you begin to lose weight
quickly.
