OK I listened and I obeyed today…my eating rocked! I know coffee my body does not necessarily need BUT I am more awake and active when I have a cup or 2 and honestly I like it and do not see an immediate need to give it up.
I started the day out with oats…a great protein carb mix with the peanut butter. Lunch was out and I had an awesome salad. I had olive oil and vinegar as
my dressing. Dinner we wound up at Subway…I know not the best BUT I was happy
with what I had. I wanted a meatball sub and cookies….nope I did not have that!!

I only had the sub which was on a whole grain roll and I also bought apples…but had them a little later with some PB.
Yes I am listening…next week will be focused on absolutely moving more and getting that calorie burn up…way up! :)
