My favorite would probably be Rhythm Parade. I usually start with 3 poses of Yoga (half moon, warrior, and sun salutation), then I move on to things like boxing, running, hula hoop and step. Then I'll do things like Rhythm Parade and Juggling. I like to end with some of the balance activities like the ski jump or lotus focus. If I want to really get my heart rate up, I'll put on Just Dance. It's awesome. What about you?
