Just finished 30 minutes on Your Shape this morning and went right into 38 minutes of doing EA Sport Active

Did 38 minutes on Your Shape this morning WHEW...... it set the workout for abs in the burn mode. I am hoping that by posting will keep me consistent for the month of February - I have a black tie event March 6th and want to look and feel great.

My body is in fight the sick mode. So I didn't do my workout this morning with Your Shape instead did WiiFit.

I'm over my horrible chest cold -Yea I can breath again and to celebrate I deleted the profile I started back in November and started all over again. I got an A in my fitness profile and I started the bikini body workout, I've done two so far.

Been doing Your Shape for two weeks & today was the 1st day I really made an effort to follow the trainer. I scored 91% on the cardio for 30min = 440 cal burned. it was a good workout! And there is a difference in actually following to a "T" the movements.

I did 30 minutes on Your Shape today and I did a physical challenge - I started on November 25 with a B average, then on December 15 I improved to a B+ today I got an A.

Started the New Year's Resolution 30 day workout on Your Shape today. I'm also doing EA Sport Active More 6 week challenge and I work out on Wii Fit Plus. I gives me fits saying "Follow Me" and I am, but I'm learning to ignore that.

Linda - Yes, I was getting the delay but I just ignore looking at myself and just concentrate at looking at her. I did my first workout on the 1st and it kicked my butt! I don't think that the calorie count is accurate however. It said that in 30 minutes I burned 521 calories! Although I was really WORKING, I don't think that I was burning that many calories. Oh well, it's better than nothing! According to my evaluation I am working out 6 days a week at 30 minutes a day. I need to lose weight before March. My husband and I have his Battalion Ball to go to.
