I'm aiming for 30 minutes a day but my endorphins really got going and I did an hour and I still want to do more. How much do you do on a regular day? And how much is too much in one day?
I shoot for between a half an hour and an hour daily, although the weekends are hard because everyones here, hubby, kids, the fighting between the kids, to much is going on, just bought the wii active, so I just do the yoga workouts and some of the aerobics,
I do an hour on the Wii Fit Plus plus every day. Even if it means breaking it down into segments. Like last night I did 30 minutes of free step while watching the Olympics. Using the Wii Fit Plus is in the morning and then in the afternoon I add either EA Sport Active or More, Your Shape, Biggest Loser, Just Dance for about 15 minutes.
I usually do about 1/2 hour or more each day. I really like using the Routines on the Wii Fit Plus - makes the time go faster without having to change your activity manually.
I also do other activity 6 days a week (usually workout DVDs) for an hour a day.
