DO you count points with weight watchers or do you follow the Simply Filling Technique?

I find doing the SFT gives me more of a healthy structure vs. when I count points I seem to gravitate to more processed foods because they are simply put easier to make, prepare, buy already made.

I persoanlly also loose better on SFT it seems. Again I think it has to do with my food choices.

What are your thoughts?

I count points... I have to have that flexability... it is the only way that I will stay OP!

I just count points right now. It is easy and has been pretty effective. I have lost 7.5 pounds in about 6 weeks.
