Just started back at WW. Became a lifetimer back in 2006, made another round through WW in 2008, and here I am back again in 2010. I've tried several programs over the last ten years ... but this is the most balanced and most flexible. Like any other method, it requires motivation to stick with it, but it works!

Hi Brandy... I have been doing ww (on and off) for years... I am currently trying to lose the weight that I gained back ... I have tried soooo many diet books/ programs etc. over the years and I can honestly say that I always come back to WW 'cause it is the only one that works for me... it can be pricey but you can always go and join (right now it is free to join in most areas) and then you get all the program material that you need to follow the program and then you can do it on your own at home... with all the support grooups on line and websites dedicated to WW it shouldn't be a problem at all.... good luck in whatever you decide!

Thanks for the thought. Had an apple and it tasted really good.

Trying a new WW recipe tonight called Greek Eggplant and Chicken Casserole. It smells delish. I let you all know how it tastes.
