I finally tried the combine feature on Wii Fit Plus today and LOVED it. I set it at two times and three different target areas and was amazed that it was 11 minutes and over 100 calories burned. I then went back and added and area and jumped to 3 times. It was 42 minutes and burned almost 200 calories. I'm not big on doing strength and yoga (because I just don't like them) but when they are sandwiched between the stuff I normally do, it's not that bad.
What area have you combined and what has given you the best results?
